Aromatics: bright lemon, orange, tangerine, with light spice, a whiff of funk.

In the mouth: Light hop bitterness up front, with smooth fruity malt coming in quick. Bitterness stays on top, citrus stays strong. Bit of a Belgian twist from the yeast, quite nice.
Lush and tropical. Refreshing and delicious. Smooth and easy drinking, with non-stop hops. I like this one a lot.

Hey, what's the official word on it? "An estery ale strain and our local microflora, this dry pale ale is dry hopped with 1 pound per barrel of Azacca and Citra. Notes of peach, mango, pineapple, and citrus."

Wild Pale Ale (6.5% alcohol by volume and 40 International Bittering Units) pours hazy gold with a mild orange tint under a thin cream colored foam cap. The aromas tropical fruit, hop spice, citrus, light grains and some lemon tartness. Wild Pale Ale is an interesting beer. The wild bugs (aka micro flora) have eaten most of the malt character, lightening up the beer and giving it a mild tartness. The ale yeasts have produced a variety of esters (fruit flavors) that work with the citrus and topical fruit flavors from the hops. The tartness is not harsh or overly acidic making the beer refreshing but not challenging. The hop bitterness provides balance to the yeast and hop fruit flavors and the tartness.

Look: cloudy orange, like an orange julius
Smell: intense citrus notes, orange and mango as well
Taste: mango and citrus come through from the hops, great fruit flavors
Feel: a little slick in the mouth, but does not ruin the experience

This is the best beer Wild Minds has IMO
