Farmhouse Table Beer - Barrel-Aged

Served ina teku at the tap room. Great tight bubbly eggshell head with good retention and great lacing on top of a very clear solid gold, no carb apparent. Nose has a little sharp promise of slightly sour overripe apples, a little bubblegum, a little funky hay. On the tongue, not quite as nice or layered, but still good...it's kind of all there at one go, and nothing develops. The abv is very low, but flavors are fairly full. Body is light but not unsubstantial, mouthful is crisp, with a little funky zing. Without loving it, I like it just fine.
