Light burgundy clear body with pink tinted white ring. Smell has a ton of acidic passion fruit, some raspberry, dragonfruit, pineapple, oak, and a touch of brett funk. Taste brings out the funk and brett more, still plenty of passion fruit, dragon fruit faintly there, get some pineapple, cranberry, and kiwi too, right before finish there is some earthy wood too. Feel is acidic, tart and sneaky highly carbonated.

Appearance - Pours cloudy ruby red with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to nothing.
Aroma - Huge tropical fruit I assume passionfruit doubt I could really tell the difference. Mild lactose, lemon/lime cherry great tart nose.
Taste - Wow really tart passion fruit, dark cherry, strawberry if there is a ripe berry it's in here. Light lactose with a light saltiness on the finish.
Feel - Light bodied but it leaves a slightly slick sticky feel. Dry really easy drinking.
Overall - Really well done wild ale tons of flavor super tart.

Pouring from a 12.7 oz. bottle into a tulip glass, this beer pours a very vibrant and beautiful shade of red that resembles a rose with the highlights and dark tones mixing. As fast as the pink tinted carbonation bubbles could generate, they would noisily pop and be gone, leaving it with no crown. 4.25
The nose sure does bring the fruit. Everything from passion fruit, dragon fruit and cherries to apple, raspberries and cranberries. Delightful. 4.25
The taste comes in with huge fruit aspects as well. Seems like I’m getting kiwi along with the passion and dragon fruit. There is some slight earthy funkiness/must to this that really plays well on the backend for a transition into another element. 4.5
The mouthfeel is tremendously balanced. Tart and sour, but nothing more than a natural feeling of such. Well carbonated, and coats the mouth with a sticky, lingering fruit. 4.75
Overall, I’m sure happy I tried this. Really beautiful how they interacted the layers of fruit with the earthy mustiness and such a natural sourness. I would highly recommend this if you see it. 4.25

This is the 2018 blend with the following notes, "the 2018 blend of Pash Bash, a passionfruit and dragonfruit sour with a wild, complex base to complement the tart, tropical fruits. One of our most popular beers to date, Pash Bash aged on more than 700 pounds of passionfruit and dragonfruit to create a lightly tart, vibrantly pink beast of a sour that's as beautiful as it is refreshing." Label is marked for ABV% of 5.8%.
Red mango colored body. The bottle overflowed for a minute or so after the cap was removed. It is not too difficult to pour more liquid than foam, but the fizzy, foamy head is constantly being rebuilt by rising bubbles. No lacing.
Tart tropical fruits in the aroma, must be passion fruit and dragon fruit. Also exhibits some earthy yeast smell.
Taste is more expressive than the aroma. Taste is a very good balance between the tart and the juicy sweet. Lots of tropical fruit juiciness. It is like the core is heavy juicy fruit gum flavor, with other juice additions.
The body is very much influenced by the high level of carbonation, which makes each sip very fizzy. With a little warmth the body also adds a little syrup.
Disconcerting to see the bottle overflow when opened, but the beer when sipped is very fresh tasting and refreshing. Lots of burps induced. A very tasty balance of the sweet and tart fruitiness.

Very good stuff...I don't know what dragon fruit is, but I know now that I need more of it. Dark tropical sunset pink, fairly clear, no head whatsoever...served in a reisling style glass. Super fruity -- passion fruit as well as something else a little darker and fleshy, which maybe is the dragonfruit? Tart but not sour, and not in a way that interferes with other things going on.
