Made with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops that are added post-whirlpool to create a smooth bitterness with delicious, juicy finish. We dry-hopped this batch with even more Mosaic hops to add an extra punch of cirtus and haze.
This beer pours a very hazy, juicy holden color. The head was white, 1 finger, and average retention.
The nose is quite juicy smelling. Pineapple seems to dominate.
Taste is like a mellow pineapple juice.
Mouthfeel is moderate. You really don't feel the alcohol, and it really feels like pineapple juice.
I don't know if Wild Mind intended to make a NEIPA, but they came damn close to doing so with this beer. Nice feel
