750ml capped bottle into Night Shift stemware.
Great color but no head or lace. Nose is raspberry, cherry, vinegar and a touch of plastic. Juicy. Aggressively sour. Beer opens strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Very fruit forward but it only lasts a second before the intense, puckering tartness comes in and absolutely takes over. Not overly acidic which is great but this might be one of the most sour beers I've ever come across. As the palate struggles to adjust, there are hints here and there of fruit sweetness but its hard to make out over waves of sour that don't subside. Body is light with ample carbonation. Almost foamy in the mouth and puckering going down.
Not gonna lie, this one's a little tough to drink. Just so over-the-top sour... like drinking vinegar with warheads dissolves in it.
