Pinkalicious is an IPA brewed with 1 pound of pink guava puree per gallon, double dry-hopped with a blend of Motueka, Citra, and Amarillo hops, and fermented with our house mix-cultured ale yeast. This beer has bright notes of overripe mango and grapefruit pith that plays off the tart pink guava. The end result is a vibrant beer that's overflowing with tropical and citrus fruit character.

Poured from 750ml crowler can into glass. Canned on '4/23(2018)'.
Totally murky, Darker guava colored body. Pinkish tint head settles to bubble fed ring and scattered islands. Some strings and spots of lacing left behind.
Citrus hops aroma with heavy guava component.
Taste starts with guava and then introduces more bitter grapefruit pith, and then fades away with sweeter citrus flavor, Also includes the tangy house yeast. So the beer has tartness, bitterness, a slight sweetness, and the tangy aspect.
Medium mouth feel. Good level of carbonation.
I think the air temperature of when this beer is drunk will affect the taste that comes out as more prominent. Will be more of a refreshing beer when the air temperature is hot, and more of a complex beer when enjoyed in colder temperatures. Brings quite a barrage of flavors but is well balanced. It takes a bit to get used to the bright, fruit punch color.
