A golden sour that aged in three of our Italian foeders (1, 3, and 5), this lightly tart, entirely funky farmhouse ale is crisp, complicated, and refreshing.

Pours a cloudy straw golden color with a this whispy white head and lacing. smell and taste had garden barnyard funk with wood and musk. Mouth feel was more tart than sour, This wild ale like any other improved with temperature as it warmed more sourness moved in. A nice blend very good.

Tap pour at Wild Mind.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Just a skiff of a head when presented, which disappears quickly. Each sip leaves a few scattered spots of lacing.
Aromas of vinegar like tartness, earthy funk, and tannins from the oak barrels.
The first sip for taste is very sour, but includes an earthy funk, and the oak barrel. The taste buds compensate for the sourness on subsequent sips, but the brew has a couple or three stages of tart and sour that express in complexity.
Medium in mouth feel. Dry in finish. Low bitterness. Good carbonation support.
A blend of different barrel aged sours. Initially very sour, which develops into complexity and depth.
