Heaven Hill barrel-aged coffee beans provide this sweet stout with notes of lightly bitter coffee, oak, and vanilla. Reminiscent of a refreshing iced coffee, Cup of Ambition is perfect for a hot summer day or a weekend (or weekday, no judgement) brunch.

This is the version filled in the crowler can that has cinnamon added. The standard description includes vanilla but does not mention cinnamon as an added ingredient. Made with coffee beans barrel aged in bourbon barrels.
Poured from crowler into glass. Fill date marked on can as '6/14(2018)'.
Very dark brown body, with slight dark brown edges when presented to light. One finger fizzy head quickly disappears. No lacing.
Aroma has roasted malts, coffee, oak, vanilla, and cinnamon. I do not detect any aroma from bourbon.
Taste is similar to a cold coffee, with the barrel notes of oak and vanilla. There is also a perceptible flavor of cinnamon throughout. Typical low coffee bitterness, but no real stout bitterness.
Light and refreshing mouth feel. Low carbonation, but a low fizzy sensation with each sip.
This is closest to drinking a barrel aged flavored coffee, because no alcohol can be detected. Would be a great brunch beverage.
