The Juicing Room is an all Mosaic IPA with over 400lbs of blueberries added during primary fermentation. This ale is packed with floral and citrus notes with a dry finish.

Pours a crimson color with some rusty notes , Smell of citrus,berries and blueberries. Taste followed nose with some tart fruit and wild yeast. Slightly funky and fruity.

All mosaic, tons of blueberries, this could be epic...it ends up being very good.

Poured from crowler into glass. Fill date marked as '6-21(2018)'.
Slightly cloudy body, with the color of cranapple or an amber with a touch of red/brown. Half finger off white head with a touch of pinkish brown. No lacing.
Earthy aroma with a berry accent. Hop notes are floral and slightly citrus.
Taste has the floral and citrus hops, and Wild Mind's wild yeast note. There is a berry note which towards the end of the taste profile is a tart blueberry flavor. Not real sweet, has the yeast twang, and is quite dry on the finish. Totally earthy quality all around.
Medium mouth feel. Okay carbonation (rising bubbles feed the top ring).
Interesting brewing exercise. The berry fruit taste comes through mainly as the more bitter skin, rather than a berry sweetness.
