From a crowler into a nonic. Pours a hazy gold-orange, nose has a lot of floral and citrus hops and some peach as well. Taste: what one would expect from the nose but no bitterness or hoppy bite at all. Very juicy without being too sweet, but the body is a little too thin/watery as opposed to soft and full.

On tap. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of fresh peaches, orange and toasted caramel. Sweet peach flavor with citrus and a nice IPA bitterness.

Poured from crowler into glass. The beer was released at the tap room on 6/29/2018.
Murky, pale gold colored body, with some color coming from the added peach puree. Thin head upon pouring which dissipates to a couple of islands and a thin ring. There are some strings of lacing left behind.
Heavy hops aroma, mostly floral, joined by a whiff of the peach. Wild Mind's wild yeast is there too.
Semi-sweet taste, with more peach than in the smell. There is a high impact on the tongue and throat from the floral and earthy hops, more of a sting than a burn. Wild yeast throughout, with a good underling maltiness.
Medium mouth feel, which is influenced by the heavy hop presence. Lower carbonation level. No bitterness.
An IPA with Wild Mind's signature yeast influence; this one has the added peach smell and flavor. Non-traditional but each sip calls for another. Quite tasty overall, if one can deal with the dense hop effect.
