Poured from crowler into glass. Fill date is 7/13/2018. 5.6%ABV marked on can.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Short lived white, fizzy head reduces to thin cap and ring. Leaves webs of lacing.
Subtle citrus hops aroma, along with the Kveik yeast (floral farmhouse style).
Taste introduces the tangy funk of the yeast, along with dryer citrus, both which bring a dry finish. Just an edge of sweetness. No bitterness in the least.
Medium mouth feel, somewhat creamy. Decent carbonation.
Not a typical pale ale, but still tasty and refreshing. Could session this one for a while.
