Radical Fashion was fermented with a mix of ale yeast, our native wild yeast, and bacteria and then dry-hopped with plenty of Centennial, Citra, and Simcoe. The resulting beer is complex and refreshing with tropical and citrus notes.

Poured from crowler can into glass. Fill date is marked as '9-19(2018)'.
Mostly clear, golden straw colored body. Initial pour brings forth a two finger white, fizzy head which reduces back to an island pattern and a thin ring. Leaves behind some small spots of lacing.
Aroma has funky leather/tobacco, a sour/spicy smell, and the tropical, citrus hops.
Taste has lemon/lime/orange/tangerine, along with the sour funk (sour lime horse blanket). Has a little sweetness too.
Medium mouth feel, with a touch of syrup. Very smooth in the liquid, but there is a touch of tongue burn with every sip.
This is one of those hybrid beers, with aspects of a sour, wild ale and those of a fruity IPA. I enjoyed the moderate complexity, and the smooth, clean finish. There is some reminder here of Lysol, but the actual smell and taste yields a positive drinking experience.

This one has a lot of fruity (soured orchard fruits, some citrus) flavor with a good malty backbone and it is also moderately and nicely tart/sour, but it is a little too sticky and sweet on the finish for me to want more than one. You get a little bit of the wild yeast funkiness, but it isn't too big a presence.

Pours a slight hazed yellow color with a white head. Smell and taste had citrus fruit with house yeast a fruity hoppy start with some sourness in the finish. Mouth feel was sweet hoppy and tart. A refreshing sour ipa.
