After aging in large, oak foeders with our native wild yeast and microflora, this American wild ale is now packed with flavor, including notes of lemon curd, vanilla, wildflowers, and stone fruit.

Poured from 750ml bottle into glass. Released in May of 2017.
Clear, deep gold colored body. Body clouds up considerably with the two end pours. White fizzy head upon each pour quickly disappears. No lacing.
Lots of lemon in the aroma, with some vanilla and apricot.
Taste is sour, with tart lemon. Joined by a flavor of earthy flowers and apricot. Vanilla rides high as a partial soother. The oak barrel also adds a level of flavor. There is an interesting spicy note on the tongue and lips with each sip.
Medium mouth feel, with a drying end. Good carbonation.
A tart beer that has allowed the active yeast to create the sourness, but without the funk. Good fruit flavors.
