La Rose Blanche is a spontaneously fermented ale conditioned on whole Pinot Grigio grapes. Mature, foeder-aged spontaneous beer was added to the blending tank onto the grapes for whole fruit fermentation. Since the Pinot Grigio grape is a white flesh, red skin fruit, the end result is a rosé-esque appearance with a tropical aroma to pair with the fruity and tart sour base.

Bottle. White head that fades away. Dark burnt golden color.
Lots of white grapes and tannins. Citrusy and tart/sour. Earthy and green. Wet oak. Green apple skins.
Pretty solid for an AWA.
