This oak foeder-aged American wild ale has been sitting in wait on a blend of our native wild yeast and microflora. As if that wasn’t enough, we dry hopped the beer with Nelson Sauvin hops. The end result is a dry, rustic-style farmhouse ale with hints of white wine, tart berries, fresh hay, and lemon.

750ml bottle. Released in May of 2017. With the removal of the cap, a slow moving foam head tops out the neck of the bottle.
Cloudy, deep gold colored body. Initial pour filled half of the glass with foam, but this white head quickly dissipated, leaving a scattered island and bubble fed ring. Leaves behind a few small spots of lacing.
Aroma is lemon and berries, with a yeast funk of white wine and freshly mowed grass.
Taste has lots of berries, with a touch of lemon. Has a grassy/ woody white wine flavor, along with a dry funk.
Medium body mouth feel. The carbonation produces some effervescence in the mouth.
Reminds me of a sparkling white wine mixer with berries. Attractive presentation and very refreshing to drink.
