Has been a month or so since I’ve had a juicy neipa, and even though the style isn’t my favorite, and two out of three hops aren’t my favorites either (El Dorado and Idaho 7, in addition to Citra) this one somehow was calling my name.
Served in a tulip at the tap room, looks great...dense and cloudy yellow peach, a little chalky, a little lacing left from the quickly dissipating head. Nose is pretty big and very nice.
