Forgotten Barrel Society Sixth Beer. Brewed with our highest ratio of beer to fruit, this triple blackberry sour is also conditioned on ginger and vanilla. Very jammy. Very fruity. Conditioned in our 350 liter french cognac punchdown barrels. Tripel Blackberry with Ginger and Vanilla.

750ml bottle. Corked and capped bottle.
Cherry red colored body. One finger of pinkish head, which recedes to bubble fed ring and small patches. Just a few tiny spots of lacing left behind.
Aroma of berry and vanilla, with a hint of ginger.
Taste is full of slightly sour blackberry. Tempered with vanilla, with a little bit of ginger. The cognac barrel lends a deep red wine quality.
Medium plus mouth feel. Very good carbonation.
Fits the description of jammy and fruity.
