We. Love. Pilsner. We love thinking about them, we love brewing them, and most importantly, we love drinking them. Thus, we’re very happy to present the new version of our ideal pilsner, aptly named Ideale. It was brewed with a grist of 100% heirloom German pilsner malt, dry hopped with Saphir and Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops, lagered cold for 4 weeks, and naturally carbonated. Notes of freshly baked French bread, tangerine zest, lemongrass, a slight touch of white pepper and new tennis ball.

Italian pils on tap. White head with lace. Cloudy straw gold.
Biscuit, honey, toasted crackers. Zesty and grassy hops with a light floral bitterness.
Light, smooth, easy drinking. Flavorful. Solid pils!

750ml crowler. No fill date on can or label, but this is currently on tap at the taproom. Described as an "Italian-style Pilsner".
Clear, pale gold colored body. Slight off white head and cap. Leaves behind some strings of lacing.
Aroma of bready malt, and a mix of citrus lemon and lemon grass. Quite fragrant.
Taste is malty sweet, with a slight hop bite towards the end. Has something close to pencil eraser or new tennis ball. Has a tangerine note in the hops. Crisp at the end.
Mouth feel is medium, and crispy dry. Very good carbonation.
Good with spicy food, or as an opening beer for a session or for a cleansing.
