This one's from a week and a half old crowler into my Junkyard snifter. Here's what the brewery description says:
Brewed with a base of pale malts, oats, and wheat for that luscious drinking experience. Hopped in the whirlpool and continuously throughout primary fermentation, along side a heaping does of Phantasm powder, with El Dorado, Strata, BRU-1, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo. Interweaving notes of pineapple smoothie, candied orange, cannabis, grapefruit pop, and blueberry.
Pours a fuzzy pale orange, medium hazy but not chalky. Little 1/2 finger crown of head that subsides fairly quickly, no lacing. Nose is pretty serious -- lots of citrus, but kind of a mishmash and hard for me to pick out particular things -- I do often get blueberries with Mosaic, but mainly I get citrus. I'm not sure what the Phantasm powder is supposed to add.
