At the tap room, in a snifter. Hopped with simcoe, citra and ID7, a blend of yeasts, and a bulked up malt bill (so says the brewery description). The hops work well together with some nice (albeit basic) bretty notes. On the other hand, it is not as lively a nose as one might hope for and the mouthful is a little flat (maybe that’s a little harsh - there’s a little liveliness, but it doesn’t come to a point, at all).
