A fun smoothie-style sour ale loaded with mango, red prickly pear, pink guava, marshmallow and milk sugar. Inspired by eating the slices of fruit from the rim of your tiki drink for the health benefits. We've all been there. Drippy sweet mango, tart guava, and red prickly pear with a slight earthiness all blend into a drink reminiscent of early vacation mornings.

In the most vivid display of mango, red prickly pear and pink guava, Wild Mind brewers employ the use of vanilla, milk sugars and cereal grains to amplify the tropical flavors for a picture perfect smoothie sour ale.
In order to get the best out of the beer, you have to get past Sonic Painting's diffused rusty orange appearance. Underneath its stark white foam, lies a vibrant scent of fruit punch, wine cooler, cream candy and fresh fruit. With a sweeter take, the early flavors are creamy and sweet with taffy, cream candy and pastry tarte.
Washing the middle palate, the sweetness stews underneath the weight of fruit when all those tropical fruit flavors create a true smoothie effect. Fruit puree is evident as the rich creaminess fights to hang onto the tastebuds while the sourness of the underlying ale threatens to wash it all away. Tartness of white grape, lime, lemon, crabapple and gooseberry tease the finish with a drying taste of sour candy and citrus residue.
Full bodied for sour ale, the plush and creamy upstart makes remarkable headway in dryness at finish, however it still lacks the premiere refreshment and palatability of less smoothie-types of sour ale. It's a highly flavorful and satisfying taste if a more sipping sour is what's in your portfolio of flavor.
