A smoothie-style sour ale loaded with blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, grape juice, marshmallow and milk sugar. A thick treat with an explosion of flavors of blue gummy sharks, raspberry jelly, strawberry bon-bons and grape jolly ranchers.

Telling quite the story through taste, Wild Mind Ales makes sure that each and every flavor chapter is complete whether its a tall tale of blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, grape, marshmallow or cream.
With a rusty, muddy mauve pour, Book Mobile releases a clumpy froth before falling still and pulpy. Getting past its ugly duckling appearance, the scent is a fruit medley of berry, wine, cream and candy. An expected transfer to the palate sees a flavor spread of fruit rollup, taffy, fructose, pastry and cobbler.
As the ale works its way across the middle palate, the rich smoothie fruit flavors meet the underlying sourness of white wine, cider, citrus and citric acids. Buffered by the subtle sweetness of milk sugars and vanilla, the creamy elements help to take an edge off of the sourness and allows the fruit flavors to seem more plump, candied and rounded.
Full bodied for sour ale but still sour enough and dry enough to appease the more staunch acid lovers, this smoothie ale sided more on the side of fruity an tart than that of candy or pastry for a sweet-tart balance that sides with the tart, semi-dry side of taste.
