A sour wheat beer co-fermented with a neutral Kveik strain and a blend of lactic acid bacterias. But that's not all - it's overloaded with feijoa (Brazilian guava) puree, resulting in big notes of strawberry, guava, pineapple, and kiwi.
Our brewers have outdone themselves with this unique and flavorful beer. The combination of the Kveik strain and lactic acid bacterias give it a tangy and tart flavor, while the feijoa puree adds a tropical twist that will leave you wanting more.

12oz can, purchased at the taproom. No dating information found.
Very cloudy, straw colored body. One finger of white head, which sticks around as a thin cap and ring. Leaves behind some partial walls of lacing.
Aroma of strawberry, guava, and pineapple.
Taste is pineapple and guava tart. Sweeter strawberry. Tart and sweet continue into the aftertaste. No bitterness.
Medium mouth feel. Lactic acid tartness. Very good carbonation.
Lots of tropical fruit here to help balance the lactic acid tartness.
