Black colored body. Final bit of the pour brings up a skim of mocha brown head. Left behind are thin lines of lacing.
Aroma of cherry and molasses, and some underlying chocolate.
Taste is rich with cherry, chocolate, vanilla, plum, rum, and molasses. Remindful of a cherry mixed drink cordial. The craft flavor of the molasses lasts a long time. No pepper heat; pepper presents as a vegetal condiment.
Thick mouth feel, very creamy. High ABV% well hidden, and no burn. Sticky finish. Good carbonation.
