Poured from a 500ml bottle into pint glass in November 2022. This is the 2021 release, and I drank this within 1 week of purchase at their Bethlehem pub.
Appearance: Very dark black with 2 finger head. The head was dark tan, with fine bubbles, and there was very little lacing on the glass.
Smell: Strong aroma of coffee and alcohol that filled the air as soon as the bottle was opened. There is some additional sweetness like chocolate, caramel, and vanilla. Not much hop aroma.
Taste: There is an interesting combination of flavors. There are strong rum and smoky rousted stout malt flavors. Also, some coffee and a little caramel flavor. There is some bitterness from hops. There is a strong alcohol presence that matches 11% listed on the label. There is a strong oak and whiskey aftertaste, that is enjoyable.
Mouth-feel: This is a big beer, as expected, and feels thick in the mouth. An extremely smooth and creamy body.
This is a good barrel aged Imperial Stout, and it has a variety of flavors that adds a nice complexity to the beer. The whiskey, coffee, and roasted malt flavors nicely contrast and balance each other. It is very smooth and enjoyable to drink. I like this, but prefer their Winter Galley Maple Bourbon barrel-aged stout. I would definitely buy this again.
January 2023: drank a bottle of the 2022 vintage. This tasting matches the notes from the 2021 vintage above. A very good barrel-aged Imperial Stout

Poured into a 13 oz Tired Hands Teku glass vintage 2018. Pours a slick black with a 3 plus finger sticky dark tan head that leaves big thick rings of lace with incredible retention, as it slowly settles into a thin film of bubbles. 4.75
Smell is roasty coffee, dark chocolate, dark fruit dates maybe, chai, vanilla, and did I mention some nice charred bourbon. 4.5
Taste follows coffee, dark chocolate, dates, vanilla, chai, and really nice slightly charred and Oaked bourbon. 4.5
Mouthfeel is big for a BA Imperial Stout at only 9.8%, slightly creamy but plenty of life, drinks bigger like near 12%, but still very drinkable and balanced. 4.5
Overall this is a great BA Imperial Stout, that because it’s balance and mouthfeel makes it stand out. Thanks @jzeilinger for this amazing stout. 4.5

Dark brown pour with a thin tan lacing ring. Aroma is very subtle bourbon and chocolate malt aroma. Charred chocolate malt, toasted toffee/caramel, bourbon, a little medicinal and a little boozy. Mouthfeel is thick and a little "airy" from the carbonation. Overall - solid but not sure if it's worth the price tag.
