A big dessert stout brewed with heavy caramel malts & toasted coconut, fermented on sweet chocolate, and then conditioned on Madagascar vanilla bean and more toasted coconut. We get roast and chocolate notes off the tap with toasted coconut and vanilla shining through as the beer warms.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Pitch black pour that looks like oil.
S - Chocolate roast and sweet chocolate.
T - Chocolate malt and sweet chocolate with a lingering chocolate roast. (Did I mention "chocolate"?)
M - Big, thick, and chewy.
O - I was expecting more out of this beer and was disappointed. Only one person's opinion.
