Fermented on pineapple puree, dry hopped with a touch of Citra & heavily with a new variety, Sabro, then conditioned on toasted coconut. Sabro hops give off aromas and flavors of coconut, tangerine, & stone fruit, which blend perfectly with the fruit additions. Juicy start with a dry finish.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Hazy light yellow gold color with thick lacing.
S - Funk, earth, and citrus.
T - Tangerine, citrus, light coconut, and white grape.
M - Prickly carbonation on the tongue and a very dry finish. The ABV is completely well hidden.
O - I have not been impressed with this style but this one restores my hope. Nicely done. ;o)
