Big, fluffy Double India Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with Imprint Beer Co. of Hatfield, PA & Widowmaker Brewing of Braintree, MA at our home base. Large grain bill of pale malts and flaked oats and dry hopped heavily with Kohatu, Belma & El Dorado. We are getting big notes of strawberry, mango & bright citrus with a balancing, mild bitterness.

Poured into a 13 oz Nordic pint glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a hazy yellow with a solid finger sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace with excellent retention. 4.5
Aroma peach, mango, passionfruit, clove, and apricot. 3.75
Taste follows mango, peach, passionfruit, clove, and apricot all mingling and creating a balanced yet unusual NEDIPA. 3.75
Mouthfeel is pretty big, soft gentle carbonation, a tad sticky but not dry, and at 9% really big on flavor, but you might get a little alcohol in the finish. 4.25
Overall I like something that stands out as different and this one has that going. Not sure why I am getting a little Belgian yeast thing, but I would still say give it a try. Thanks jzeilinger for this can. 3.75

A - Opaque medium to dark golden tan color with frothy white lacing that sticks on the sides of the glass.
S - Citrus and strawberry on the nose. Overall aroma is unique.
T - Strawberry and earthy citrus. Ends with a lingering earthy strawberry presence and some citrus.
M - Big medium body.
O - This is a really odd beer.
