An India Pale Ale looking to both "Honor the Past" & "Craft the Future" simultaneously. Old school meets new school in a hop bill of Centennial, Simcoe & Strata. Simcoe & Centennial deliver traditional citrus, pine & floral notes in combination with ripe tropical fruit and a "danky" balancing bitterness offered from Strata.
