Traditional, easy going, lager brewed with puffed jasmine rice in addition to mild, pale malts prior to being rested on Japanese yuzu lemon peel, adding mild citrus flavors, complimenting the delicate hop addition of Sorachi Ace to make for an extremely crushable treat.

Poured from 16 oz can into a pilsner glass. Look is clear light gold color with a fluffy white head falling off to a thin cap. A lot of carbonation bubbles popping up through the body. Smell is grassy, grainy, a lot of malt with a twist of lemon. Taste is a mix of lemon grass, bready malt, earthy and fruity combo from, I assume, the hops and the fruit addition. A bit of lemon/lime soda influence in the finish and aftertaste. Very balanced to my taste; not overly sweet, not overly bitter. Walks a fine line between the two. Feel is light bodied, well-carbonated, and very easy to drink. A very pleasant dryness in the finish. Overall, this is a really smooth, lively beer with a nice balanced flavor. Nothing really seems out of place. Nice summery sipper.
