A collaboration between Patrick Staggs of Revelation Craft Brewing Co. and Andrew Harton & Red Killpack of Big Oyster. A roasty stout brewed with beechwood smoked malt and 5 lbs of Chincoteague Oysters for a nice brininess in the brew. Then we aged in a Merlot oak barrel with brettanomyes!
