On tap at Revelation Craft Brewing, Rehoboth Beach, DE.
It pours a clear golden color. A large foam head retains well. Listed as an NEIPA by the brewery, the look is too clear for that style; not hazy at all.
The nose is fruity with notes of mango, peach, and citrus fruit. There are also aromas of light herbal dank.
It has some juiciness, but nowhere near NEIPA levels. There is some modestly assertive bitterness that I find appealing. Flavors of mango, peach, grapefruit and orange supported by bready malt. Herbal flavors of pine and grass add spice.
Medium body, semi crisp and moderately carbonated. The finish is dry with a piney bitterness. The body feels lighter for the higher ABV, while the alcohol flavors are well masked.
Definitely not an NEIPA. Unremarkable but drinks decently enough. I’ll list this as a DIPA.
