On draught at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden color. A moderate foam head retains very well. Lots of sticky rings of lacing.
The nose is appropriately juicy, with fruity aromatics and a touch of sweet cracker. Notes of pear, peach, orange, lime and a touch of grass and chives.
Juicy overall, yet not too sweet, as there is a subtle bitterness that is quite in its intensity. Flavors of cracker, oats, and a bright burst of hops flavors, including peach, pear, grapefruit, lime and pineapple. There is a moderate herbal spice that includes notes of grass, chives and pine.
Medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Mouthfeel is juicy and smooth, with a smooth, dry and resiny finish. A solid and easy drinking NEIPA.
