On draught at Blue Coast restaurant, Rehoboth Beach, DE.
Pours a pale golden straw color with visible carbonation. A modest head retains well.
The nose opens with notes of citrus, although this soon fades. Aromas of bready malts, and a touch of pine and grass.
Taste opens bright with notes of grapefruit and orange. Solid malt profile highlights notes of cracker, bread and biscuit. Well hopped with an assertive grassy and piney bitterness.
Light bodied with a semi crisp mouthfeel. Finish is dry and mostly clean. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
Not the most interesting pale ale but very easy drinking and sessionable.
