The colour is yellow, the liquid is clear. The finger thick airy white head sinks down quickly leaving no lacing.
The smell is fruity and sour. Distinct notes of pomegranates, red apples and raspberries. Smooth sweetness. Some sea salt in the background.
The taste is bitter with some anonymous fruity notes. No sweetness at all. Growing notes of salt and pomegranates. Some cream and perfume. Low body. The aftertaste brings some peppery alcohol, red apples, orange peel, wine gums and sea salt. Hints of earth and ripe bananas. The short finish is fruity and dry.
The carbonation is medium strong, the few mid-sized bubbles are long-lived. The liquid is light.
Well balanced fruity flavours with an interesting addition of salt. But it is way too dry.
