Taste: There are some plums, raisins, and dried cherries. There are some caramel elements with light herbal notes.
Feel: It has a medium body with light alcohol.
Overall, it is on the sweet side and quite fruity.

Canned on 9/16/2022. Poured into a tulip glass. It pours a clear, dark ruby color with a one finger, frothy, light khaki cap that fizzled away quickly leaving modest lacing. The nose is fruity with apple, pear, and cherry, along with notes of clove and coriander. The taste follows but with a solid, earthy brown bread base. There is also a fair amount of pepper and spice at the finish. It's lite and crisp with pleasant carbonation and the 6.9% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, it's a solid Dubbel. I would like to try it a little fresher.

Pours a somewhat hazy copper with medium carbonation. Aroma is of malt and some belgian yeast induced spice. Taste is much the same, with a little fruitiness. Overall a decent american spin on the dubbel.
