Bobby Boucher IPA is a juicy, hazy IPA rollin’ on the river at 6.5% ABV. A partnership between Sound Rivers and TBC, a portion of all proceeds will go to making our water swimmable, fishable and drinkable. The water boy on the label loves being in a Sexy Canoe but sometimes, just sometimes, he wants to get his hop on. “Now that’s what I call high quality H2O.” – Bobby Boucher

On tap at Stumble Stilskins into pint glass. Pours hazy/dirty deep orange/amber color with a thin off white head with solid retention and light spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of red grapefruit, orange, peach, pineapple, melon, wood, berries, peppercorn, pine, cracker, bread, herbal, floral, grass, yeast earthiness. Medium pine, woody, herbal bitter finish. Medium carbonation and body. Balanced bready malt and sticky resinous hop mouthfeel. Lingering resin drying and light hop burn. A bit of astringency from hops. Feels like Columbus and Chinook mostly. More of an earthy hazy ipa but enjoyable.
