A Belgian single that has the color of a vintage Champagne. Cinnamon, coriander, and citrus rind, this beer screams summer, but we're not going to wait. All of the flavors are a showcase of the La Chouffe yeast as no spices have been added to the brew. Goes incredibly well with 60° days in February.

On tap at Stumble Stilskins into tulip glass. Pours hazy golden orange color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy white head with great retention, soapy lacing, and streaming carbonation on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big banana, bubblegum, clove, peppercorn, pear, red apple, white grape, wood, pine, herbal, floral, grass, yeast earth. Lt-med pine/herbal bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-med body. Crisp clean refreshing finish. Balanced bready grainy malt and sticky hop mouthfeel. Light resins and lingering drying, no astringency. Very flavorful for 4.5%. Plenty of yeast complexity. Awesome for the single style.
