New location, update has been submitted to the BA powers that be.

Up north of town now, by the airport. Large room with very high ceilings. Tables inside, with room for a crowd. Friendly guy behind the counter and working the taps. Plenty of easy parking and a nice and casual outdoor area for your imbibing pleasure. More then an ample amount of worthy options on tap, including several hazy IPAs. Also plenty of cans to go. These guys produce some of the best beers in the Missoula area. Fun and different spot for a visit. No food, feel free to bring some chow in

Cool little cinder block building by the river. Small service bar with 3 seats at its bulbous end. Some communal hightops, spool tables, and counter seating. Small lounge room off the main taproom, and patio out back. 8 beers on tap, I very much enjoyed their hazy. Single can to go... friendly bartender.

this is a cool spot here, a brewery i had never heard of before i figured out i would be in missoula and looked up the local scene. they have a great spot, with a huge patio on the banks of a creek, a stage back there and everything, but no dogs unfortunately. inside it looks more like a cafe than a brewery, with all kinds of local art, fliers about various community events and charity stuff, and a real global hippie sort of vibe. the bar is cool, and they had about ten beers on offer when we were in. i was genuinely stoked on the hoppy ones we had, which was all three of them, the lupujus, the freedom fighter, and the corcovado, all distinct, liberally hopped, modern, and good. cool glassware, neat open mic session going on in the evening house as the sun went down, and real nice people working there welcoming us in. they had a tasty looking food truck outside too, but we did not eat. this is a great place to chill out and have some beers and play some cards and take it all in. looks like they do some good works in the community as well. the beer was quite good, but the breweries of missoula in general seemed to me to be ahead of most of the rest of the state in terms of quality, at least generally speaking, there is a ton of great beer in this town, and these guys are a big part of that. definitely get them on your list when you are in town!

Best NE IPA outside of New England. And I grew up drinking Tree House, Alchemist, Fiddlehead, Hill Farm....

Imagine Nation is a cool new brewery that is partially focused on being a community improvement center as well. I love the vibe of the place; it's decorated like a lake cabin with tons of books; there are neat old wood tables and an outdoor beer garden by the river. They only had 6 taps available when I visited, but the beers themselves were quite decent. Service was good, but I think the really neat aspect of the place is its community focus. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town.
