Served cold in a 13 oz snifter pour at the brewery.
Pours a bright clear gold color with minimal bleached white fizzy head.
Leaves some scattered lattice on sips and swirls. Thin active streams of carbonation rise to the surface.
Head does stick around as a surface layer.
Aroma is very mild with some grainy and almost crackery malt. Maybe a little floral note.
First sip reveals a light body and crisp texture with fine tingly carb.
Flavor is bready and a hint of lemon and not much else.
Finish is dry and encourages me to take another sip.
Overall the beer is pretty mild, not really flawed, but I would have liked to see a little more depth on the flavor.
