Since it's the middle of winter, we figured it's time to get down in that sunny southern weather. A thiolized Mexican lager yeast coupled with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grape skins gives this beer harmonious fruit forward aromas of white wine, pineapple, and passion fruit. This beer defies traditional style guidelines, just like the person from which this beer's name takes its inspiration.
