Our nod to the brewing traditions of our neighbors in the Great White North. This pilsner is brewed with Canadian ingredients to give the drinker an authentic northern lager. A gentle, malty backbone is balanced with a woody/piney and floral hop profile. A touch of red malt gives the beer a beautiful hue, reminiscent of maple leaves changing color. So, how aboot a pilsner, eh?
