The first edition of our Dessert Sour series is a collaboration with Cheesecake Funk, our local provider of deliciousness! Huge strawberry aroma, with notes of graham cracker crust and a hint of vanilla, carry forward into the creamy flavor. Milk sugar (lactose) and a nitro tap pour lend sweetness and body to balance the funky tart finish. Yummy!
