Pours a clear yellow with fluffy head.
Smell is bready and a bit spicy. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and toast.
Taste is bready, spicy and a bit floral. Notes of knäckebröd, toast, citrus and rye. Slightly sweet with a solid bitterness and some grainiess on the finish. Crisp, clean and drinkable.
Mouthfeel is medium, ceamy ad well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific lagr that would be superb with less grainiess.
