Pours a very dark ruby with soft, tan head.
Smell is fruity and roasted with notes of coffee, smoked ham, leather and knäckebröd.
Taste is roasted and fruity with a slight tartness. Solid bitterness, and notes of coffee, coffee grounds, chocolate and a hint of smoked meat.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Schwarzbier, with nice, subtle smokiness.
