Pours a clear yellow with fine, soft head.
Smell is crips, bready and slightly buttery. Notes of toast, citrus, wheat dough and a bit ff spice.
Taste is crisp and clean, bready and slightly buttery. Moderate bitterness and notes of toast, citrus and rye with some spicy hints. Very refreshing and drinkable.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific pilsner, superbly drinkable.
