Amber-tinted black with a half-finger of soupy, dark-khaki head that quickly settles into a wisp and messy crown. Decent lacing.
Served cold, the aroma is mostly chocolate with some hints of olive and red wine beneath.
The taste is more straightforward roasted coffee with a chocolate undercurrent. Lightly bitter finish.
Medium bodied with tight carbonation.
Not bad, but nothing to stand out against other, better examples.
