12 oz can from SC.
Pours with an extra large, foamy, off-white head over an amber colored body that lacks clarity.
The aroma indicates a contaminated product and the poor, funky flavor confirms this.

More of what you'd find in a tent in Munich than the caramel malt bombs which most American brewers like to produce. Having it in December, so possibly a little old, but still a great beer.

Can poured into bar glass
Light weak head disappears fast over the gold body and its waaay too cloudy for the style.
Smells really nice; sweet spices, malts, maybe a perfume floral hop, reminded me of bourbon n 7up though. Is that a hop, or ale yeast (would explain the cloudiness)? It becomes fresh white bread somewhere in the middle of the glass.
Tastes really good, with typical malt forward characters for the style. It’s nicely balanced with hops, and dries out nicely, making it go down rather quickly!
It’s more crisp than the flat head would indicate, with a satisfying mouth feel that I really like.
Overall, it’s the best brew I’ve had from Currahee, and would get another 6er.

Look: It pours slightly dark golden and clear. The head is white with low head retention.
Smell: There is malty rich aroma, plenty of bread, a moderate amount of herbal notes a bit of spice and floral.
Taste: The flavors are highly bready with moderate herbal and low spice. There are also low floral notes as well.
Feel: It has a moderate feel and is slightly balanced toward the malt in the aftertaste.
Overall, this has good flavor with the malts and hops with the balance being toward the malts, hops may be a bit high for the style, but it's good.
