LOOK: Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a full 3 finger pure white head that slowly settles but leaves some pretty substantial side glass lace. Impressive.
AROMA: Some spicy hop citrus aroma Citrus aromas include a mix of tart and tropicals or in this case grapefruit and mango or papaya. Underlying bread malts also evident.
TASTE: juicy and heavier on the tropical side, but nevertheless has some tartness.
A very good IPA with a nice warming 6.5% ABV.

Hazy IPA poured from a can (no packaging date) into a New Belgium tulip. The pour is light orange, hazy in color (not cloudy), and sports a two-finger crown of rocky white foam. Not as hoppy a nose as I expected. I get fresh bread with mild notes of lemon and grapefruit.
Medium-light body with a firm feel and a balanced, hoppy flavor. There is not much of a malty backbone here, just a firm belt of hops with notes of lemon and rosehips. Very dry throughout. Quinine-like. Pithy flavors of lemon and grapefruit linger nicely on the finish. Overall, an enjoyable IPA that should appeal to hopheads.
