A: Pours a lightly hazy golden honey in color with light to moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of slightly juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange + citrus/grapefruit zest hops over the top of light aromas of biscuit + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than light flavors of biscuit + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of slightly juicy citrus/grapefruit + citrus/orange + citrus/grapefruit zest hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers for a short amount of time leaving slight lingering citrus hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp upfront with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol but slightly lacking in the soft fluffiness in the mouthfeel. Nice citrus heavy hop profile and enjoyable. I could easily have a couple of these.
